For somewhat teenagers my age that grows up in Oakland condition is non everything scarcely something to do until their able to get out of the hood. To me however, shoal is everything and it way more to me than anything. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. said erudition and reference book is the goal of true development. True education is decidedly my goal. My family has not had the best of luck in liberation to college. My mum dropped out of college when she got pregnant with me and, never went back. My father, who never stuck around, never daunted to go to college after graduating from high school but, this has not and go out not stop me it only drives me to achieve. My work habits argon appreciative. I attend church building service regularly, I read and I go for the positions as Corresponding and Sunday instruct Secretary. My church obligations accommodate been very useful to me, in that I lettered responsibility and secretarial skills. School rela ted I am currently affiliated with the Early Academic Outreach computer programme (EAOP), the unsalted Black Scholars (YBS), the Black Student Union (BSU) and Leadership, where I hold the position as Commissioner of Public Affairs. These activities have similarly provided me with inhering skills.

For instance, from being on leadership for the past two past period I have learned and shown leadership roles and dependability. EAOP, YBS and BSU have grow my educational abilities and social skills. Out side of school and church I am out spending clock time with my family. work is a big concern for me but, when it calls for me to be forth from fellowship and school! it becomes a distraction so, I on occasion intertwine hair on the side to get some seed of income. I often try to engage myself in extracurricular activities during my free time. I go to the Elderly centre of attention with my big(p) grandmother, who I am very close to, and sit and confabulate to some of the men women, who rarely get any visitors.
