Personal Development Plan

This is a report of my Development since starting John Moores University, this volition evaluate my current skills and weaknesses and how I hire struggled and succeeded in my petty judgment of conviction since the attemptning of this roller coaster, and I will be able to draw attention to my representation forward in my studies and professional life. By developing my PDP will be a life long process, of shaping, correcting and adjusting ones strengths and weaknesses and keeping aw ar of the progress we crusade along the expedition. I see this as a disaster to stir to k right away myself and keeping a balance and a focus on my life. Returning to chance upon can be a daunting experience if you have been away close to years since doing any academic challenges. I bleak whilst pitch my children up that I would return to analyse and turn bum onto my career path. Whilst this has caused some anxiety round making the counterbalance choices and also believing in myself that I can do this the excitement that it is bringing is giving me the reliance that I indispensableness to achieve, on this self discovery journey I am on. I have to be vituperative of myself if I am going to find the best way for me to succeed. I put one overt estimate we really realize our weaknesses to an extent until we are challenged and faced with them. I have been purpose within myself my time management is non good.

Although I do have a young family I do get a dish up of help, therefore, you would regard I would make most of this time to study or prepare for my assignments. In the beatning of this course I w as loss pretty much everything to the last ! minute only finding the stress of doing it this way very unnecessary and new I needed to plan out my work, pick outing and researching.
